The world of education

20 Education (school, teaching, studies, programs, and more) terms

Hello, my name is Laura, and I have been studying in Social Science for about 1 year now. It is a pre-university program, so it contains general classes like history, politics, economy, and geography. In the future, I want to go to the university to study in education, because I would like to be an elementary school teacher. In this job, we sometime have to use hard terms, so I decided to create a glossary to help new teachers or students understand these words. For teachers, It will help them perform, and be more professional in their job. For students, it will help them understand more easily the common terms of the profession, and, in the same way, learning new things about the job.To be more precise, the glossary contains 20 terms related to the world of education. I found these terms by asking teachers, and reading on the internet. Also, for their definition, I use many resources like the Merriam-Webster dictionary. My next goal related to this topic is to do a video presentation about the uncommon things that can happened when practicing the profession of teacher.
